Cooking Instructions

Stovetop

10–14 Minutes

  1. Add 1 Tbsp of oil to a non-stick skillet and heat over medium-high heat, about 3 minutes.
  2. Add chicken breast chunks and cook unbothered for 3 minutes.
  3. Stirring occassionally, continue cooking for 7 minutes or until an internal temperature of at least 165°F is reached.

Oven

14–18 Minutes

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Place chicken breast chunks on the baking sheet in a single, even layer.
  4. Bake for 14 minutes or until an internal temperature of at least 165°F is reached.

Air Fryer

10–14 Minutes

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Spray air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray, then add chicken breast chunks.
  3. Cook for 5 minutes then stir.
  4. Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until an internal temperature of at least 165°F is reached.
