Ingredients
- 2 lbs Georges Farmers Market® Chicken Wings
- 8 cloves garlic, finely minced
- ½ white onion, finely minced
- 1 ½ cups sour orange juice*
- ⅓ cup neutral flavored oil
- 1 ½ tsp dried oregano
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
*Sour Orange Juice can be found shelf-stable under the “Badia” brand in many grocery stores. If you are unable to find it, substitute 1 cup orange juice, ¼ cup fresh lime juice, and ¼ cup fresh lemon juice.

Preparation
- Combine garlic, onions, sour orange juice, oregano, oil, a generous amount of salt and pepper, and wings in a large bowl or zipper storage bag. Toss to combine, coating each wing. Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, preferably overnight.
- When ready to cook:
-
- Air Fryer: preheat on 400°F. Spray with nonstick cooking spray. Add chicken wings in a single layer, leaving a space between each wing. Cook for 18 minutes, carefully flipping the wings halfway through.
- Oven: preheat oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Lightly coat an oven-safe cooling rack with nonstick cooking spray and set on baking sheet. Place wings in a single layer on the rack, leaving space between each wing. Roast for 20 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 15–25 minutes, until cooked through.
- Grill: preheat the grill over medium-high heat. Brush grates with oil. Shake excess marinade off each wing and place on the grill. Grill until wings are just cooked through, flipping once halfway through.
