  • 8 Georges Farmers Market Chicken Tenderloins
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • ½ cup diced yellow onions
  • ½ cup diced carrots
  • 1 cup halved snow peas
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • Toasted sesame seeds


    1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
    2. Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway through the cook time. Add the vegetables and continue cooking for an additional 5 minutes. Add the rice. Heat for another 2 minutes. Stir in the soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar, coating well.
    3. Whisk the eggs in a small bowl. Push all the food to the outside of the skillet and pour the eggs into the middle. Cook the eggs to a scramble and mix with the chicken, rice, and vegetable mixture. Finish by garnishing with sesame seeds.
