Balsamic Glazed Roasted Chicken

  • 1 Georges Farmers Market Whole Chicken, cut into pieces
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper


    1. In a large bowl, combine vinegar, honey, olive oil, dijon mustard, garlic, and rosemary.  Season with salt and pepper, and whisk to combine.
    2. Add chicken pieces and toss to coat.  Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and up to a few hours.
    3. Preheat the oven to 425°F.  Add chicken to an oven-proof baking pan, skin side up.
    4. Roast chicken for 30-40 minutes, until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F.
    5. Remove from the oven, let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
    6. Garnish with fresh rosemary and serve with roasted baby potatoes, green beans, or other desired sides.
