Ingredients
- 2 pounds Georges Farmers Market boneless, skinless chicken tenderloins
- 1 (13.7 ounce) box Ritz Crackers
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons milk
- ¼ cup honey
- Ranch dressing

Preparation
- Whisk together egg and milk in a small bowl. In a separate bowl or plastic bag, smash Ritz crackers until finely crushed but not to the point where it’s a powder. Your goal is for it to resemble the size of Panko breadcrumbs.
- Working in batches, dip each tenderloin into the egg mixture and then into the Ritz crackers. Lightly press the crackers into the chicken, making sure it is fully coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F. Spray air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray and place chicken tenders in a single, even layer. You may need to cook in batches, if necessary. Drizzle chicken with honey and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Cook, 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
- Serve chicken tenders with the ranch dressing.
