Ingredients
- 6 Boneless, skinless Georges Farmers Market® chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup Sriracha Sauce (See recipe below)
- Olive Oil (as needed)
- Salt (as needed)
- Black Pepper (as needed)
- 1 1/2 tsp. Basil (dried)
Sriracha Sauce
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 2 Tbsp. Melted Butter
- 2 tsp. Soy Sauce 1/4 tsp.
- Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 Ea. Garlic Cloves minced
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce (optional Additional Heat)
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 425°
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Place chicken onto baking sheet and coat with olive oil
- Season chicken breast with salt, pepper and dried basil (1/4 tsp. basil per breast)
- Bake for 10 minutes at 425°
- Reduce the temperature to 350°
- Pour 1/2 the Sriracha sauce over the chicken breasts
- Cook for 5 more minutes, pour the additional sauce on the chicken breasts
- Cook for 10 more minutes or until the chicken reaches 170° internally
You can make the sauce ahead of time or while the chicken is baking for the first 10 minutes.
